5.1 Shipping scope<\/span><\/strong>
We ship to:
Mainland Spain
Balearic Islands
European Union countries
For other destinations, please consult our customer service department in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.2 Product availability<\/span><\/strong>
All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of stock shortage, inability to supply, or errors in product information. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.3 Images and nature of TCG products<\/span><\/strong>
Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and variations in design or presentation may occur on the part of the manufacturer.
The content of sealed packs and boxes is random and determined by the manufacturer. Due to the inherently random nature of these products, the acquisition of specific cards, artwork, or rarities is not guaranteed. This characteristic is inherent to the product and does not constitute a conformity defect for the purposes of the legal guarantee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.4 Order preparation<\/span><\/strong>
Orders are prepared on business days (Monday to Friday), with the following standard timeframes:
Products in stock: 24\u201372 business hours.
Pre-orders: shipping will take place once the products become available.
During periods of high demand (launches, campaigns, promotions), preparation times may be extended, and the buyer will be informed of this when it is foreseeable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.5 Orders with pre-order products<\/span><\/strong>
If an order includes products with different availability dates, the shipment will be made when all products are available, unless the Buyer expressly requests a partial shipment, in which case they shall assume the additional transport costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.6 Allocation of pre-order units<\/span><\/strong>
If the supplier delivers fewer units than requested, the available pre-orders will be adjusted, prioritizing the fulfillment of as many orders as possible. Affected customers will be informed and will receive a full refund within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.7 Errors in price or description<\/span><\/strong>
We reserve the right to cancel orders when there is an obvious error in the price, description, or availability arising from technical, typographical, or human mistakes. The Buyer will be informed without delay, and the full amount paid will be refunded within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days.
For these purposes, an \"obvious error\" shall be understood as one that is objectively recognizable as such by any average consumer, in accordance with the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.8 Purchase limits and fraud prevention<\/span><\/strong>
Unit limits per customer may be established for certain products. The store may cancel orders when there are reasonable and objective indications of fraud, misuse of promotions, or acquisition for unauthorized professional resale purposes. The Buyer will be informed of such cancellation, and the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.9 Estimated delivery times<\/span><\/strong>
Mainland Spain: 24\u201372 business hours.
Balearic Islands: 3\u20136 business days.
European Union: 3\u201310 business days.
The delivery times are indicative and depend on the transport company. Pursuant to Article 104 of the TRLGDCU, the maximum delivery period will be thirty (30) calendar days from order confirmation, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In the event of non-compliance with this period, the Buyer may request immediate delivery or terminate the contract with a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.10 Shipping costs<\/span><\/strong>
Shipping costs are displayed broken down before finalizing the purchase. The cost depends on the destination, the weight\/volume of the order, and active promotions.
In the event of voluntary withdrawal by the Buyer, the outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, pursuant to Article 107.2 of the TRLGDCU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.11 Shipping address<\/span><\/strong>
The Buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the Buyer (incorrect address, repeated absence, or failure to collect at the delivery point), the package will be returned to the sender. In that case, the amount for the products will be refunded, deducting the shipping and return costs actually incurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.12 Transfer of risk<\/span><\/strong>
Pursuant to Article 66 ter of the TRLGDCU, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the Buyer at the moment when they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquire physical possession thereof. The Buyer must review the order within a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours from receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.13 Transport incidents<\/span><\/strong>
If the package arrives damaged or with signs of tampering, it must be reported within a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours from receipt, providing:
Photographs of the outer packaging.
Photographs of the contents.
A detailed description of the issue.
Outside this period, no claims can be processed with the transport company for damage to the packaging. However, the Buyer's legal warranty rights against the Seller for product conformity defects remain valid in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.14 Packaging and protection<\/span><\/strong>
All orders are carefully packaged to minimize risks during transport. TCG products may exhibit minor imperfections in the outer plastic (sealing film) stemming from the manufacturing or distribution process, which are not considered damage if the contents remain intact and the product maintains its conformity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.15 Logistics delays<\/span><\/strong>
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond the Seller's control, such as logistics saturation, adverse weather conditions, strikes, commercial campaigns, or carrier incidents. Such circumstances may be considered a force majeure event under the terms of Article 1,105 of the Civil Code, without prejudice to the consumer's right to terminate the contract if the delay exceeds the maximum period of 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.16 Orders lost during transport<\/span><\/strong>
If an order is lost, an investigation will be opened with the transport company. Once the loss is confirmed, the Seller, at the Buyer's choice, will proceed to resend the order or provide a full refund of the amount paid, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the confirmation of the loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.17 International shipping and customs<\/span><\/strong>
Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. In the event that shipments are made to countries outside the European Economic Area in the future, the Buyer will be responsible for the applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees in their country of destination, of which they will be informed prior to order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5.18 Returns<\/mark><\/strong>
Returns of non-defective products (right of withdrawal):<\/strong> You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to provide a reason. The product must be new, unopened, and in its original condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns of defective or non-conforming products<\/strong> We accept the return of faulty products or those that do not match the order within the legal warranty period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return method:<\/strong> Returns must be made by registered post or tracked parcel. The buyer is responsible for the correct return of the product and for keeping the proof of postage until receipt is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cost of return:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • For returns due to faulty products or seller error: the cost is covered by the seller (at no cost to the buyer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • On voluntary withdrawal: initial shipping costs are non-refundable (Art. 107.2 TRLGDCU).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Refund period:<\/strong> Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Product state supported:<\/strong> Returns of products in new condition only are accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
