Purchase conditions
4.1 Parties to the contract
These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase regulate the contractual relationship between the shop owner (hereinafter, "the Seller") and the customer (hereinafter, "the Buyer") who makes any acquisition through the website.
4.2 Purchase process and execution of the contract
The purchase process comprises the following stages:
Product selection and addition to the shopping cart.
Order review, selection of shipping address and payment method.
Acceptance of these General Conditions.
Confirmation and payment.
The contract is executed at the moment the Buyer receives the order confirmation by email. Said confirmation does not necessarily imply product availability (see availability section in the Shipping Policy).
4.3 Prices
The prices indicated on the website include the applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed in a broken-down format before the purchase is completed.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without prejudice to orders already confirmed, which will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of confirmation.
4.4 Payment Methods
The accepted payment methods are those indicated during the purchase process. All transactions are carried out through secure payment gateways with SSL/TLS encryption.
Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation.
4.5 Availability and order cancellation due to error
See the corresponding sections in the Shipping Policy (availability, pricing errors, and purchase limits).
4.6 Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to state the reasons and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify it in writing (email or contact form) before the period expires, indicating their unequivocal desire to withdraw. They must then return the product in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the return or from the moment the Buyer proves they have sent the product, using the same means of payment employed for the purchase.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the order.
4.7 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, pursuant to Article 103 TRLGDCU:
Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Sealed packs and boxes of TCG (Trading Card Games) products that have been opened are excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed, given their random content determined by the manufacturer.
4.8 Legal guarantee
Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the TRLGDCU, new products have a minimum legal guarantee of three (3) years from delivery (for contracts concluded as of January 1, 2022). Second-hand products have a minimum guarantee of one (1) year.
If a product presents conformity defects, the Buyer shall be entitled to the repair or replacement of the product, and, where appropriate, to a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
4.9 Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides consumers with the Online Dispute Resolution Platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
4.10 Applicable legislation
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, without prejudice to the possibility of resorting to consumer mediation or arbitration systems.
